Declared Training Organisation (DTO)

  • Declared Training Organisations (DTO) met hoofdzetel in België, worden aangegeven bij het DGLV. Met deze verklaring kan het directoraat-generaal Luchtvaart (DGLV) verifiëren dat de organisatie, evenals de aangeboden cursussen, voldoen aan de eisen van de Europese regelgeving, en in het bijzonder de Verordening (EU) No 1178/2011 en de wijzigingen daarvan. 

    In deze rubriek vindt u: 

    • de procedures voor DTO's; 
    • een lijst met vandaag erkende DTO's in België. 

    De procedures voor DTO

    Hieronder vindt u de procedures van toepassing voor een DTO in België: Elke procedure omvat een toelichtend document en indien van toepassing ondersteunende documenten. 

    Belangrijk: onze dienst aanvaardt alleen elektronische documenten. 

    Om uw dossier te kunnen verwerken, stuurt u uw verzoek naar het adres bcaa.ato@mobilit.fgov.be Elke aanvraag moet de relevante procedure nauwgezet toepassen, ook voor de naamgeving van de dossiers. 

    Onze dienst aanvaardt documenten die elektronisch ondertekend zijn, of voorzien zijn van een gescande handtekening, of ondertekend zijn via eID.
